If you lock yourself out , and we hold the keys to your home, we will come and let you in. If we are in the vicinity at the time, we do this free of charge.

If we need to make a special trip, we will make a charge as follows:

Cost:  £20  - 8.00 - 18.00

           £40 - 18.00 - 00.00

We will only come to let in registered members of your household.
